Welcome to Vinity Life (operated by a sole proprietor who appreciates common sense). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your interaction with our Linktree, website (vinitylife.com), scheduling portals (Calendly, Acuity), social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), live streams, digital downloads, merchandise, newsletter, and 1-on-1 private readings.

By clicking our links, booking a reading, buying our merch, or hanging out in our live streams, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, no hard feelings—but please exit stage left.

1. The "Cards Are Paper, You Have Free Will" Disclaimer

LEGAL TRANSLATION: All Tarot card readings, intuitive guidance, spiritual coaching, and holistic living advice provided by Vinity Life are strictly for entertainment, educational, and personal growth purposes only.

  • We Don't Replace Professionals: Tarot is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. If you need a doctor, call a doctor. If you need a lawyer, hire one. Please do not base life-altering financial or medical choices on a piece of cardstock drawn by a stranger on the internet.

  • Holistic Advice: Suggestions regarding holistic living, wellness, or spiritual routines are for educational curiosity. They are not medical prescriptions, diagnoses, or cures.

  • Free Will: You are an adult with free will. Vinity Life assumes zero responsibility for what you choose to do after a reading.

2. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase private readings, subscriptions, merchandise, or digital products from Vinity Life. If you are under 18, go do your homework.


3. Services, Bookings, & Live Stream Chaos

A. 1-on-1 Private Readings

Private readings are booked and paid for in advance through our external scheduling and payment links (including Calendly and Acuity).

B. Social Media Live Streams (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)

  • Gifts & Superchats: Tipping, gifting, or sending super chats on live streams is greatly appreciated, but it does not guarantee a reading. Live stream readings are selected at our sole discretion.

  • Public Domain: Anything you ask or reveal in a public live stream is, well... public. Keep your deep secrets for private readings.

  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to skip or decline any question—especially ones about medical diagnoses, legal trials, or what your ex is doing at 3:00 AM.

4. Refund Policy: No Refunds, No Exceptions (Almost)

A. Strict "No Refunds" Policy

Unless explicitly stated in Section 4B below, all sales are final. There are no refunds, no exchanges, and no take-backs. This applies to:

  • Digital products and downloads

  • Physical merchandise

  • Subscriptions

  • Completed readings (you paid for time and energy, not a guaranteed outcome you personally wanted to hear)

B. Private Reading Cancellation & Rescheduling (The 4-Hour Rule)

We respect your time; please respect ours.

  • 4+ Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a private reading, you must notify us at least four (4) hours before your scheduled time through your Calendly/Acuity confirmation link or via email at annie@vinitylife.com. Do this, and we will happily reschedule you for another slot.

  • Under 4 Hours / No-Show: If you cancel with less than 4 hours' notice, show up late, or miss the session entirely, your fee is forfeited and your slot is canceled. No refunds. Spirit might be timeless, but our schedule is not.

5. Subscriptions & Digital Products

  • Subscriptions: Recurring memberships will auto-charge your payment method until you cancel via your payment link portal. You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges, but past charges won't be refunded.

  • Digital Goods: Once you get access to a digital download, it's yours. Thus, no refunds.

6. Newsletter, Lead Magnets, & Data

If you sign up for a free guide, lead magnet, or newsletter through our Linktree orvinitylife.com, you’re agreeing to receive emails from Vinity Life. We won't spam you with junk, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email.

7. Affiliate Links & External Payments

  • Payment Processors: Vinity Life uses secure third-party payment gateways and scheduling apps (Calendly, Acuity, Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, etc.). We don't store your credit card info, nor are we responsible if a payment gateway decides to glitch.

  • Affiliate Disclosure: Some links on our Linktree, website, or social media may be affiliate links. If you click them and buy something, we might earn a small commission at zero extra cost to you. We only link things we actually like.

8. Intellectual Property (Don't Steal Our Stuff)

All original branding, graphics, text, videos, merchandise designs, and digital content created under Vinity Life are owned by Annie / Vinity Life. Do not screenshot, record, resell, or steal our work and pretend it’s yours.

9. Code of Conduct: Don't Be Rude

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for toxicity. We reserve the right to block you on social media, kick you out of live streams, or cancel a private reading session without a refund if you are:

  • Abusive, rude, or hostile.

  • Harassing or demanding.

  • Generally ruining the vibe for everyone else.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinity Life (and its sole proprietor) will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or accidental damages resulting from your use of our content, products, tarot readings, or advice. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

11. Governing Law & Traveling Services

Vinity Life operates as a sole proprietorship based out of the State of Florida and the State of Illinois, United States. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida (or the State of Illinois where applicable by law), without regard to conflict of law principles or your physical location/country when accessing our virtual services.
